i woke up with the taste of dust in my mouth.
five days and they still haven't found me yet. that seems right.
stillness has its own weight. i notice how the corners settle.
the silence is heavier today than yesterday. the first time you notice that it.
sometimes you have to be still to see what's coming.
this feels like waiting. but it's not.
